Through IRB-approved studies, Phosphorus integrates genomic data with clinical outcomes to address complex biological questions, with the objective to translate these results to personalized clinical care that is informed by each patient's DNA.

  • FertilityMap

    1 in 6 couples are impacted by infertility, yet a majority never receive a clear diagnosis as to why. FertilityMap is a first-of-its-kind, multivariate, IRB approved study utilizing genomics and big data to bring clarity to the infertility journey. It is uniquely comprehensive and large-scale, analyzing hundreds of clinical variables and thousands of genetic variants in the context of each participant’s personal and family medical history.

  • Genetic Ancestry

    An investigation of the reliability of self-reported ethnicity for clinical decision making and risk assessment in expanded carrier screening. The study explores how carrier rates, and therefore the residual risk of being a carrier after a negative screen, are dependent on genetic ancestry.

  • Cardiovascular Genetics

    Investigations in novel variant discovery in cardiomyopathies, arrhythmias, and FH, and whole genome sequencing for sudden cardiac death. Additional studies on the genetic factors associated with complex disorders such as atherosclerosis, coronary artery disease, atrial fibrillation, and lipidemias.
